Describes three high quality luxury materials we use to hand craft our leather products. These leathers are not only soft and flexible, but also strong and durable. We use 100% Nappa leather materials from lamb, goat kid, or sheep skins.

• Texture: has soft, pliable texture 0.7-0.9 mm thickness with stamped Bison grain
• Smooth: has soft, pliable full grain, with a flat face. 1.4 mm thickness
• Bubble: has a soft texture 1.6 mm thick

As all products are personalized to order, these are never re-saleable, which means that there are some things you need to check before you’ve placed your order, as we won’t be able to do anything about them afterwards.

Because of the personalized nature of the products that you order with Pagan Sol, we look at each and every order on a case by case basis. We will always do everything within our power to find a solution to remedy the situation, as your satisfaction is so important to us.

Non-Faulty Goods: We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalized or customized specifically for you.

Faulty Goods:To return faulty goods you need to first contact a member of our Customer Services Team using the contact form.

Please note: if the product is in an used condition, we will not be able to offer you a remedy for faulty workmanship where we may repair the item. Where there is a minor fault, we may suggest an alternative remedy.

If you wish to raise any concern within 14 days of receiving your order, please use our contact form and provide your order number and a short summary along with pictures. Our dedicated team will get back to you on average within 12 working hours. As per law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalized by you. We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.

Here at Pagan Sol, we focus on providing high-quality and efficient deliveries. Many of our items are produced within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our expert staff works together with our partners, to ensures that we control each step of the printing and production process. This allows us to maintain our high-quality standards for each of our luxury products.

Production times do vary according to each product, with more details available on each product's page. Please note that deliver time is not the same as productsion time.

Most of our leather handbag products are "Ready same day" or in 1 - 2 days. That does not mean you will have your proeduct that same day. Rather, "Ready Same Day" would mean that we have your product ready to ship that day, and we will put it on the FedEx truck that same day. In rare cases, we may require an additional 1 - 2 days to ready your product.

FedEx delivers every day, including Saturdays, but not Sundays and some national holidays.

Generally, because our products are made in London, it takes approximately 2 days for shipping and for Eastern US (Western US takes approximately 3-4 days).

Delivery to PO Box addresses is not possible.

Please note: You will have to sign upon delivery! This is just another added measure to ensure you receive your products in good condition.

To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather has a naturally textured surface, you may notice small surface differences. This is common for natural leather and leather printing. All leathers age naturally according to usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base color may show through the leather as it ages with wear.

When not in use, we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep it looking its best.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print.
• Avoid contact with light-colored fabrics or upholstery as the color may transfer.
• While a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain.
• Should your product get wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
• To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint-free cotton cloth.
