Refund Policy

Pagan Sol products are produced through made-to-order and specialized fulfillment partners. Because items are created individually for each order, all sales are generally considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect, please contact Pagan Sol within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs of the product and packaging

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, Pagan Sol does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect size selection
  • color variation caused by screen settings
  • minor variations inherent to made-to-order production

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Issues

Pagan Sol is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
