ORDER PROCESSING
All items sold through PaganSol.luxury are made to order. Production begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing time typically ranges from 2–5 business days, depending on the product.

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are fulfilled through our production partners and shipped from their facilities, which may include the United Kingdom and other international locations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production
  • International: 7–15 business days after production

Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS
While we work with reliable production and shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs, weather, or carrier issues.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PaganSol.luxury is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and resolve eligible claims promptly.
